What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Each charter comes with an experienced crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Different packages offer various inclusions — sunset trips provide high-end refreshments and light snacks, while business charters offer meeting facilities and tailored catering services.
How far in advance should I book?
For securing your preferred date, we suggest booking between 2–3 weeks early, particularly in the high season which is from May–September. For large-scale events or private celebrations, a 4–6 weeks notice is advised for better vessel availability and to customize your experience.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Our priority is your safety. Should the captain consider the weather unsafe, we will propose an alternate date or issue a complete refund. We keep a close eye on the weather forecasts and will reach out to you a day prior if the outlook is worrisome.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, bringing personal food and non-alcoholic drinks is permitted. We also provide an exceptional catering experience and can tailor menus to suit your tastes. Take note that for safety, glass containers are restricted on board.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to serve all guests. Select vessels are more accessible than others. Reach out to us regarding your requirements when reserving, and we will direct you to the most appropriate yacht and ensure necessary arrangements are in place.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations tendered 72 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund. Those made between 24–72 hours in advance qualify for a 50% refund. Cancellations done within 24 hours of the set sail time are generally final except in situations involving unsafe weather or mechanical faults on our end.
